Classes
at Harsh Reality Fitness, Cardio Work-out Class.
The classes are designed for all fitness levels and ages. Each participant works at their own pace and builds from that point.
The cardio class consists of a 20 minute stationary group aerobic exercise and 25 minutes of distance aerobic exercise. A total of 45 minutes. |

The classes are held outdoors at a specified location in the city of Port St. Lucie. Locations such as a city park, exercise trails and track and field areas. The classes are held every Tuesday evening and Thursday evening. Check our calendar for times, locations, and additional dates.
There are two options available for those who want to experience this unique form of a work-out. You can purchase your own Kangoo Jumps or rent them on a class by class basis. You can do either one through Harsh Reality Fitness.
To rent Kangoo Jumps, there is a one time purchase of $20.00 for the boot insert. This is your personal insert that goes into the Kangoo Jump shell.
