About Us

Harsh Reality Fitness Studio was established in 2002. The studio is licensed and registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, as a Health Studio, License # HS5555. In addition, the studio is also a certified vendor for the Florida Department of Education.

Since 2002 the studio has trained nearly 100 clients. These clients range from the teens years to senior years with 83 years old being the oldest.

The studio is open 6 days a week and the hours are very flexible as we try to accommodate the working class who want to exercise prior to work or after work.

The studio is 600 square feet and is designed for those individuals who are looking for the one-on-one training in a private gym setting.

As we are all different, with respect to age, shape ,size , health issues, weight loss and fitness goals, a “cookie” cutter style of training would not work. As a client, you will receive a customized training curriculum, designed specifically to meet your health and fitness goals.

As a client, your goals will be clearly identified. Each goal will be assessed for its achievability; either long-term, or short-term. You will understand that there are lifestyle changes that must be made so you can successfully meet those goals, as well as maintain those goals throughout your lifetime. Making these lifestyle changes will allow you to eliminate the “yoyo” effect of weight gain/weight lose prompted by diet programs.
